定义
蝶骨大翼眶面是一个四边形面，构成眼眶外侧壁及后壁的一部分。在眼眶的外侧壁，其前方与颧骨相关节，前上方与额骨眶板相关节。在后方，眶上裂将蝶骨大翼眶面与眼眶顶壁的蝶骨小翼分隔，眶下裂则将其与眼眶底壁的诸骨分隔。
