卵圆孔

卵圆孔是位于蝶骨大翼内的一个重要的卵圆形开口。它作为颅腔与颞下窝区域之间的通道（内容物：三叉神经下颌支、脑膜副动脉、岩小神经、导静脉）。
在颅腔内侧，尤其是在颅中窝内，卵圆孔位于圆孔的后外侧，并位于蝶骨小舌的侧方——即颈动脉沟的明显边缘。在颅底外面，该孔开口于翼突外侧板后缘上端的后外侧。
数个重要的解剖结构穿行于卵圆孔。这些结构包括三叉神经下颌支、脑膜副动脉、岩小神经以及导静脉（连接海绵窦与颞下窝内下方的翼静脉丛）。
