后面呈现出轻度扭转状，其上部略朝向内侧，下部朝向后方并略偏外侧。该面几乎全部被肱三头肌的外侧头和内侧头所覆盖，外侧头起自桡神经沟上方，内侧头起自桡神经沟下方。
