定义
后表面（背侧面）呈凸形，其上三分之一处光滑，由旋后肌覆盖。中三分之一较宽，略呈凹形，上部为拇长展肌的起点，下部为拇短伸肌的起点。下三分之一较宽，呈凸形，由随后走行于骨下端沟槽内的肌肉的肌腱所覆盖。
