额下回
Gyrus frontalis inferior
定义
额下回是额叶的一部分，位于其下方区域。它从中央前沟下部向前延伸，位于额下沟的下方。在下表面，它从外侧延伸并与眶回相连。
额下回由外侧沟的各分支划分为不同的亚部。外侧沟的主干到达大脑半球外侧面时，分为三条分支或支：前水平支、前升支和后支。第一条分支称为前水平支，向前延伸约2.5厘米进入额下回。额下回中位于前水平支下方的区域称为额下回的眶部，亦称眶部（pars orbitalis）或岛叶的眶盖。
第二条分支称为前升支。额下回中位于前水平支与前升支之间的三角形皮质区域称为[额下回]三角部（pars triangularis），即岛叶的额盖。
在眶部和三角部所在的区域，存在一个重要的功能性运动区域，称为布罗卡运动性语言区。
最后是后支。该分支最长，是外侧沟向后延伸的主要部分。前升支后方、后支上方的皮质区域称为岛叶的额顶盖，由两个亚部构成：额盖亚部和顶盖亚部。额盖部分起自额下回，对应中央前回的下段，还包括布罗卡运动性语言区后部的部分延伸区域。顶盖部分由顶叶构成，涵盖中央后回的下部。
