定义
骶管裂孔是位于骶管远端、背侧面S3-S4水平的一个解剖学结构，终丝由此穿出。
骶管裂孔由第五（有时包括第四）骶椎椎板不完全融合形成，呈倒置的U形或V形，两侧以骶角为界。
骶管裂孔是重要的解剖标志，常用于骶管硬膜外阻滞等操作，该技术可用于腰骶部及盆腔区域的镇痛与麻醉。
