腹股沟韧带（ligamentum inguinale [Pouparti]；Poupart韧带）是腹外斜肌腱膜的下缘，从髂前上棘延伸至耻骨结节。自耻骨结节处，韧带向后外侧反折，附着于耻骨梳约1.25厘米处，形成腔隙韧带。其总体走向在朝向大腿处向下凸出，并与阔筋膜相延续。韧带外侧半呈圆形，走向斜行；内侧半在附着于耻骨处逐渐增宽，走向较为水平，位于精索下方。
