腔隙韧带（Gimbernat韧带）是腹外斜肌腱膜向后、向外侧反折的部分，附着于耻骨梳线。其长约1.25厘米，男性较女性大，在直立姿势下方向近乎水平，呈三角形，底部朝向外侧。其底部凹陷、薄而锐利，构成股环的内侧界。其尖端对应耻骨结节。其后缘附着于耻骨梳线，并与耻骨梳筋膜相延续。其前缘附着于腹股沟韧带。其上、下两面分别朝向上方和下方。
