半月线（lineae semilunares）是位于白线两侧各一条的弧形腱性线。
每条半月线与腹直肌的外侧缘相对应，从第九肋软骨延伸至耻骨结节，由腹内斜肌腱膜在其分裂包绕腹直肌处形成，前方有腹外斜肌腱膜加强，后方有腹横肌腱膜加强。
