定义
胸锁前韧带是一条宽阔的纤维带，覆盖于关节的前面；其上方附着于锁骨胸骨端的上前部，斜向下内方走行，下方附着于胸骨柄上部的前面。此韧带表面被胸锁乳突肌的胸骨部及皮肤所覆盖；其后方与关节囊、关节盘及两个滑膜相毗邻。
