定义
距腓后韧带（PTFL）是踝关节外侧副韧带（踝关节外侧韧带复合体）三个主要组成部分之一，另外两个为距腓前韧带（ATFL）和跟腓韧带（CFL）。
距腓后韧带起自腓骨外踝内侧后部的下降处，水平走行，止于距骨后外侧结节，该结节为距骨后面的一个显著突起，紧邻拇长屈肌腱沟的外侧。该韧带位于腓骨肌腱的深面，紧邻关节囊。
