胫腓前韧带（外踝前韧带）是一条扁平的三角形纤维束，下宽上窄，在韧带连结的前面，于胫骨和腓骨相邻缘之间斜向向下、向外延伸。其前面与第三腓骨肌、小腿腱膜及皮肤相邻；后面与骨间韧带相邻；并与覆盖距骨的软骨相接触。
