外侧髁上线
Linea supracondylaris lateralis
定义
外侧髁上线是[股骨]粗线外侧唇向下延伸的延续部分。它与内侧髁上线共同界定股骨下端的后面，构成腘窝的边界。向下，外侧髁上线终止于股骨外侧髁。
