Membrana atlantooccipitalis anterior
定义
寰枕前膜宽阔，由致密交织的纤维构成，这些纤维向上连于枕骨大孔前缘，向下连于寰椎前弓上缘；两侧与关节囊相续；前方在中线处由一条坚强的圆索状结构加强，该圆索连接枕骨基底部与寰椎前弓结节。此膜的毗邻关系如下：前方与头前直肌相邻，后方与翼状韧带相邻。
