外侧后核
Nucleus lateralis posterior

外侧后神经核是丘脑外侧核群背侧层的神经核。与外侧背侧神经核类似，该神经核的连接细节尚不明确，但目前认为其与扣带回皮质及顶枕颞（POT）皮质之间存在相互联系。
