Plexus pancreaticus
定义
胰腺丛是一个由神经元和神经节相互连接构成的网状结构，起源于肝后丛。
如您所知，来自肝后丛的大多数纤维在门静脉后方上行，并伴随胆管走行，到达胆囊和肝脏。然而，少数纤维（约占10-20%）离开肝后丛，形成胰腺丛。这些纤维下行至胆总管远端，经胰头后上方走行，最终到达十二指肠乳头。
