股深动脉肌支

股深动脉（DFA），又称股深动脉（profunda femoris artery），发出数条供应大腿的肌支。股深动脉的主要肌支包括：
1. 旋股内侧动脉 （MCFA）：该动脉通常起自股深动脉，供应内收肌群及髋关节。[1-2]
2. 旋股外侧动脉 （LCFA）：该动脉通常也起自股深动脉，供应股四头肌及髋关节。[1-2]
3. 穿动脉：通常有三至四条穿动脉自股深动脉发出。这些动脉穿过大收肌，供应大腿后筋膜室，包括腘绳肌群。[3-5]
