定义
镫骨因形似马镫而得名，由头、颈、两脚及底板组成。• 镫骨头（capitulum stapedis）呈关节凹面，覆以软骨，与砧骨的豆状突相接。• 镫骨颈为骨干头后之狭窄部位，为镫骨肌腱的附着处。• 两脚（前脚 crus anterius 与后脚 crus posterius）自颈处分叉，其远端以一扁平卵圆板——镫骨底板（basis stapedis）相连，底板即“足板”，通过镫骨环状韧带固定于前庭窗（卵圆窗）缘。两脚中以前脚较短、弯曲度较小，后脚较长而弯曲
