上矢状窦沟

沿顶骨上缘有一浅沟，与对侧顶骨上的相应浅沟共同构成一管道，即矢状沟，容纳上矢状窦；该沟的边缘为大脑镰提供附着点。沟的附近有数个压迹，在老年人颅骨上最为明显，为蛛网膜颗粒（Pacchioni小体）所在之处。当顶骨孔存在时，该孔的内开口即位于此沟内。
