定义
肱骨远端关节面的内侧部分称为滑车，在两条清晰的边缘之间呈现出一深沟；其前后方向为凸形，内外侧方向为凹形，占据该骨端的前部、下部和后部。
外侧缘将其与和桡骨头边缘形成关节的沟槽分隔开来。
内侧缘较外侧缘更厚、更长，因此也更为突出。
关节面的沟状部分与尺骨半月切迹精确嵌合；该部分在骨的后面较前面更宽更深，并斜向向下向前朝内侧方向倾斜。
