肱骨滑车

定义
肱骨远端关节面的内侧部分称为滑车，在两个明显的边界之间呈现深陷的凹槽；其形态由前向后呈凸形，由侧向侧呈凹形，占据骨端的前部、下部及后部。
外侧缘将其与和桡骨头边缘相关节的沟槽分隔开来。
内侧缘较外侧缘更厚、更长，因而也更为突出。
关节面的沟状部分与尺骨半月切迹精确吻合；该部分在骨的后面较前面更宽且更深，并斜向下方及前方倾斜，朝向内侧。
