定义
肌层（tunica muscularis）由两层平滑肌纤维构成：外层为纵行纤维，内层为环行纤维。
纵行纤维稀疏地分布于肠管表面，沿其游离缘处较为清晰。
环行纤维构成一层厚实而均匀的结构，由相当长的平滑肌细胞组成。
肌层在小肠上段较下段为厚。
