右肾静脉

定义
肾静脉管径较大，位于肾动脉前方。
与左肾静脉不同，右肾静脉、性腺静脉（卵巢静脉和睾丸静脉）以及肾上腺静脉直接汇入下腔静脉。
左肾静脉较右肾静脉长，在肠系膜上动脉起始部稍下方经主动脉前方走行。它接收左侧卵巢或睾丸静脉、左膈下静脉，通常还接收左肾上腺静脉。它在略高于右肾静脉的水平汇入下腔静脉。
经典描述中，左肾静脉在主动脉与肠系膜上动脉之间水平走行，汇入下腔静脉。左肾静脉除引流肾实质外，还引流左侧性腺静脉和肾上腺静脉。相比之下，右肾静脉、右性腺静脉和右肾上腺静脉则直接汇入下腔静脉。
