左肾静脉

定义
肾静脉管径较大，位于肾动脉前方。
左肾静脉比右肾静脉长，在肠系膜上动脉起点稍下方经过主动脉前方。它接收左侧卵巢或睾丸静脉、左膈下静脉，通常还接收左肾上腺静脉。它汇入下腔静脉的位置略高于右肾静脉。
小叶间静脉和弓状静脉引流肾皮质血液，汇合形成叶间静脉，叶间静脉随后由叶静脉引流。叶静脉汇合形成肾主静脉。
肾被膜静脉是肾脂肪囊内的静脉网络，与邻近静脉形成侧支网络，并汇入肾静脉。
