胃短静脉
Venae gastricae breves
定义
胃短静脉引流胃底及胃大弯上部的血液。这些静脉通常走行于胃脾韧带内，并汇入脾静脉。胃短静脉的数量变异较大，通常为3至17支，管径介于0.5至4.5毫米之间。[1]
在胃静脉曲张的背景下，胃短静脉可作为传入性静脉引流通路。在门静脉高压的情况下，胃短静脉常与胃左静脉及胃后静脉共同参与侧支循环的形成。[2]
