右脚

定义
膈的右膈脚是位于膈腰部的一种肌性结构。
其起点位于第一腰椎腹侧面相应的腱上。右膈脚始终比左膈脚更粗大、更厚实，后腔静脉位于其腹侧面。其背侧面与腰肌相邻。左、右膈脚共同构成主动脉经主动脉裂孔穿行的通道。两者延续至中心腱，并在其延伸部分（有时称为"中间脚"，并非在所有物种中均明显可见）的止点处围绕食管裂孔。
