主动脉裂
Hiatus aorticus
定义
主动脉裂孔是膈的三个开口之一。
该裂孔呈椭圆形，走行极为倾斜，允许主动脉通过，同时也允许奇静脉、半奇静脉及胸导管通过。主动脉裂孔与脊柱直接相邻，位于最后几个胸椎附近，略偏于正中矢状面左侧，介于左膈脚与右膈脚之间。
