定义
膈的左脚是位于膈腰部的一种肌性结构。
它起自第一腰椎腹侧面相应的腱。在两脚之中，左脚较小。左、右脚共同形成主动脉裂孔，为主动脉提供通道。两脚延续至中心腱，并在其延伸部（有时称为"中间脚"，并非在所有物种中均明显可见）的止点处围绕食管裂孔。
