腋淋巴结是位于腋区的淋巴结，处于胸部与前肢（胸肢）的交界处。它们隶属于腋淋巴中心，参与前肢（胸肢）及邻近胸部各区的淋巴引流。

腋淋巴结通常位于肩关节内侧，毗邻腋区的腋部血管及肌性结构。其数量与大小因动物种属不同而存在差异。

这些淋巴结主要接收来自前肢（胸肢）、胸外侧壁部分区域、肩胛区的淋巴，并依据种属不同，亦可接收颅侧乳腺某些结构的淋巴。淋巴液随后引流至中央淋巴结或汇入区域淋巴干。
