定义
膈的腰部对应其后部。
起点： 腰椎腹侧面
功能： 吸气
描述：
腰部起自腰椎腹侧面的左、右两条腱，由此发出的肌纤维束分为两部分：右膈脚和左膈脚。主动脉裂孔和食管裂孔位于两膈脚之间。右膈脚通常比左膈脚更粗大且更长。
变异：
在马，形成腰部的两条腱合并为一条，并与腹侧纵韧带相融合。
