Cubital tunnel

The cubital tunnel is a space of the dorsal medial elbow that allows passage of the ulnar nerve around the elbow, posterior to the medial epicondyle of the humerus. 

Boundaries

• Floor: posterior bundle (P-MCL) of the lateral collateral ligament complex of the elbow and elbow joint capsule

• Roof: formed by a myofascial trilaminar retinaculum (also known as the epicondyloolecranon ligament or Osborne band

• Medial: medial epicondyle of humerus

• Lateral: olecranon process of ulna
