Pharyngeal lymphoid nodules

The pharyngeal lymphoid nodules compose the pharyngeal tonsils. The structure of tonsils basically include a group of lymphatic nodules covered by an epithelium and basement membrane (a pseudostratified epithelium for the pharyngeal tonsil).
