The humerus is the single bone of the upper arm, articulating proximally with the scapula at the shoulder joint and distally with the radius and ulna at the elbow joint. The radius and ulna are the two bones of the forearm, with the radius located laterally (thumb side) and the ulna medially (pinky side). These bones articulate with each other at both proximal and distal radioulnar joints, allowing for the pronation and supination of the forearm
