睑内侧动脉共两支，分为上支和下支，均起自眼动脉，位于上斜肌滑车的对侧；它们离开眶部，沿眼睑游离缘附近环绕眼睑，形成睑内侧下动脉弓和睑内侧上动脉弓，位于眼轮匝肌与睑板之间。
