睑内侧动脉
Arteriae palpebrales mediales
定义
睑内侧动脉（aa. palpebrales mediales；内睑动脉），共两条，分为上、下两支，起自眼动脉，位于上斜肌滑车的对侧；它们离开眶部，沿眼睑游离缘附近环绕眼睑走行，形成上弓和下弓，位于眼轮匝肌与睑板之间。
睑内侧上动脉在眶外侧角处与颞浅动脉的颧眶支及泪腺动脉发出的两条睑外侧支中的上支相吻合。
睑内侧下动脉在眶外侧角处与泪腺动脉发出的两条睑外侧支中的下支及面横动脉相吻合，并在眼睑内侧部与内眦动脉的一个分支相吻合。由此最后一处吻合处发出一支，走向鼻泪管，在其黏膜内分支，延伸至鼻腔下鼻道。
