肱骨后旋动脉（a. circumflexa humeri posterior；后回旋支）起自腋动脉的肩胛下肌下缘处，与腋神经一同向后穿过四边孔。四边孔的边界为：上方为肩胛下肌和小圆肌，下方为大圆肌，内侧为肱三头肌长头，外侧为肱骨外科颈。该动脉绕肱骨颈走行，分布于三角肌及肩关节，并与肱骨前旋动脉及肱深动脉相吻合。
