胸廓上动脉（a. thoracalis suprema；最高胸动脉）是一条细小血管，可能起自胸肩峰动脉。该动脉沿胸小肌上缘向前内侧走行，穿行于胸小肌与胸大肌之间，至胸壁侧面。它向上述肌肉及胸壁壁层发出分支，并与胸廓内动脉及肋间动脉相吻合。
