Arteria thoracica lateralis
定义
胸外侧动脉（a. thoracalis lateralis；胸长动脉；乳房外动脉）沿胸小肌下缘走行至胸壁外侧，供应前锯肌和胸肌，并向腋窝发出分支至腋淋巴结和肩胛下肌；该动脉与胸廓内动脉、肩胛下动脉、肋间动脉以及胸肩峰动脉的胸肌支相互吻合。
在女性，该动脉发出乳房外侧支，绕胸大肌游离缘转行，供应乳腺。
