回结肠动脉
Arteria ileocolica
定义
回结肠动脉是肠系膜上动脉最低位的分支，负责为回肠末端、盲肠、阑尾及升结肠起始部供血。
回结肠动脉在腹膜后方向下、向右走行，朝向右髂窝，在该处分为上支和下支：下支与肠系膜上动脉末端吻合，上支与右结肠动脉吻合。
回结肠动脉及其两条主要分支发出数条分支：
