定义
股骨的滋养动脉为一支或两支滋养动脉，经位于[股骨]粗线沿线的滋养孔进入股骨。
当仅有一支滋养动脉时，其最常起源于股深动脉，位于第三与第四穿动脉起点之间，或起源于第二穿动脉、第三穿动脉，或股深动脉的终末支。[1] 当存在两支滋养动脉时，上滋养动脉通常起源于第二穿动脉，而下滋养动脉则起源于股深动脉的终末支或腘动脉系统。[1]
滋养动脉管最常位于股骨骨干的中三分之一段，外口主要分布于[股骨]粗线的内侧唇。[2] 滋养管走行方向通常向上（95%），少数呈横向（3%）或向下（2%）走行。[2]
