腕中关节由两列腕骨相互之间的关节面构成。
舟骨、月骨和三角骨与远侧列腕骨之间的关节称为腕中关节，由三个独立部分组成：在中央部，头状骨的头部和钩骨的上关节面与舟骨和月骨共同形成的深杯状凹窝相关节，构成一种球窝关节。在桡侧，大多角骨和小多角骨与舟骨相关节；在尺侧，钩骨与三角骨相关节，均形成滑动关节。
