车轴关节（articulatio trochoidea；旋转关节）。——此类关节的运动仅限于旋转，关节由一个枢轴状突起在环内转动，或由环绕枢轴旋转构成；该环由部分骨质及部分韧带共同组成。在桡尺近侧关节中，该环由尺骨桡切迹与桡骨环状韧带共同构成；桡骨头在此环内旋转。在枢椎齿突与寰椎构成的关节中，该环前方由寰椎前弓构成，后方由寰椎横韧带构成；此处，该环绕齿突旋转。
