颈鼓小管是颞骨中的细小管道，连接颈动脉管与鼓室（即中耳）腔。这些小管允许颈鼓神经穿行其中，与中耳内的鼓室丛相连。颈鼓神经起自颈动脉丛，该丛围绕颈内动脉走行，并将节后交感神经纤维由此传导至中耳。
