椎动脉管
Canalis arteriae vertebralis
定义
在后弓上，紧靠每个上关节突后方，有椎动脉沟（sulcus arteriæ vertebralis），有时因一细薄骨刺从上关节突后端向后弓形延伸，将其转变为孔或管。此沟代表上椎切迹，供椎动脉通过——椎动脉穿过横突孔上行后，绕侧块向后内侧方向走行；该沟亦传导枕下神经（第一脊神经）。
