椎动脉沟
Sulcus arteriae vertebralis
定义
在后弓每个上关节突的正后方，有椎动脉沟（sulcus arteriæ vertebralis），有时因一细小骨刺从上关节突后端向后弓形延伸，而使该沟转变为孔或管。此沟代表上椎切迹，供椎动脉通过——椎动脉在穿经横突孔上行后，绕外侧块向后内方走行；该沟同时也传导枕下神经（第一脊神经）。
