定义
甲状舌骨外侧韧带（ligamentum hyothyreoideum laterale；外侧甲状舌骨韧带）是一条圆形弹性索，构成甲状舌骨膜的后缘，连接于甲状软骨上角尖端与舌骨大角末端之间。其中常可见一枚小软骨结节，即麦粒软骨（cartilago triticea），有时可骨化。
