Collum pancreatis
定义
胰颈起自胰头前面的右上部，长约2.5厘米，起初斜向上前方，继而转向上方并偏向左侧，与胰体相连；其自上向下及向后方向略呈扁平状。其前上面承托幽门；其后下面与门静脉起始部相毗邻；右侧面有胃十二指肠动脉经过所形成的压迹。
