弓状嵴

定义
前外侧面略呈凸面且表面粗糙。在靠近软骨尖的位置，有一个圆形上升（上丘脑），由此延伸出一条嵴，称为弓状嵴（crista arcuata），先向后弯曲，再向下并向前延伸至声带突。该嵴的下部位于两个凹陷（窝）之间：上方为三角形，下方为长圆形；下方的凹陷为声肌提供附着点。
