定义
前面（facies anterior）略呈凹形，朝向前上方：其表面覆盖着胃的后下面，胃即搁置于其上，两器官之间以网膜囊相隔。在前面与胰颈相连处，有一明显隆起，称为网膜结节（tuber omentale），该结节与小网膜的后面相抵。
