在大腿的上内侧部，腹股沟韧带内侧端稍下方，阔筋膜上有一个大的卵圆形孔隙；它容纳大隐静脉及其他较小的血管通过，称为隐静脉裂孔。
筛筋膜覆盖此孔，并被穿过该孔的结构所贯穿，封闭了此裂孔，须将其去除方可显露该裂孔。
