头部筋膜由相互连接的纤维层构成，源自颈深筋膜，并受浅表肌肉腱膜系统（SMAS）的改造。

  • 腮腺筋膜：包裹腮腺，前方与咬肌筋膜相延续，上方与颞筋膜相延续，下方与颈筋膜相延续。
  • 咬肌筋膜：覆盖咬肌，后方与腮腺筋膜融合，前方与颊筋膜融合。
  • 颞筋膜：覆盖颞肌，向下与腮腺筋膜及咬肌筋膜相延续。

这些筋膜共同构成连续的筋膜系统，起到支持面部肌肉、保护神经血管结构以及为头颈部手术提供外科操作层面的作用。
